LVH LECTRAPEARL is an electrocoat system incorporating various effect pigments. LECTRAPEARL can be applied directly over base metal to give metallic paint effects. Better still, applied as a top coat over LECTROBASE conductive electrocoat, many special effect finishes are possible. This includes:-

Using the double coating technique of LECTROBASE followed by LECTRAPEARL can significantly enhance corrosion resistance, hardness and abrasion resistance. For example a low cost substrate such as zinc die-cast can recieve a premium decorative finish which can exceed 1000 hours salt spray.
